The story behind the name
“Rae Christine” isn’t just a brand name , it’s a tribute to the women who shaped me.
“Christine” honors my maternal grandmother, whose first name I share as my middle name, as well as my love for carrying family tradition through food. “Rae” comes from my childhood nickname, with the spelling inspired by my paternal grandmother, Eddie Mae — a published poet whose creativity, resilience and tenacity have always stayed with me.
Small by Design. Strategic by Nature.
RCA operates with a lean team model focused on depth and precision.
