Rachel Parrish is the founder and lead strategist of Rae Christine Agency — a modern marketing and communications consultancy built to serve culturally influential talent with clarity, visibility, and legacy-driven strategy.

With over 18 years of experience across sports, media, and entertainment, Rachel has led communications and brand reputation for some of the world’s most recognized names, including the National Basketball Association (NBA), Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), NBC Sports, and State Farm where she helped shape the now-iconic persona of “Jake from State Farm” through storytelling, strategy, and cultural positioning.

Her work sits at the intersection of cultural fluency and commercial impact. She specializes in transforming visibility into value—architecting narratives, strategies, and platforms that help brands and public figures lead with intention and legacy.

The Story Behind The Name

Rae Christine is a tribute to the women who shaped me.

“Christine” honors my maternal grandmother, whose first name I share as my middle name, as well as my love for carrying family tradition through food. “Rae” comes from my childhood nickname, with the spelling inspired by my paternal grandmother, Eddie Mae — a published poet whose creativity, resilience and tenacity have always stayed with me.
