Meet The Architect Behind The Agency
Rachel Parrish is the founder and strategist behind Rae Christine Agency, a boutique communications firm built to serve culturally influential talent with clarity, visibility, and legacy-driven brand strategy.
With over 15 years of experience across sports, media, and entertainment, Rachel has led communications and brand reputation for global names including the NBA, WNBA, NBC Sports, and State Farm — where she helped shape the now-iconic persona of “Jake from State Farm” through proactive storytelling and cultural positioning.
Her work lives at the intersection of cultural fluency and commercial impact — helping talent turn visibility into value through narrative, brand architecture, and scale.
The Story Behind The Name
Rae Christine is a tribute to the women who shaped me.
“Christine” honors my maternal grandmother, whose first name I share as my middle name, as well as my love for carrying family tradition through food. “Rae” comes from my childhood nickname, with the spelling inspired by my paternal grandmother, Eddie Mae — a published poet whose creativity, resilience and tenacity have always stayed with me.
